The main facade is dominated by the stretched fiber glass coat from the roof to the middle of the first floor, letting those inside look out and feel the activity and movement occurring in the street. Through the same glass the interior atrium presents itself to passers-by on the street invoking intrigue into the overall environment of the building. Dynamic Interiors The Interior Design has fluid ceiling cove forms and uninterrupted joinery along the void edges. Large atrium punctuate the outdoor terrace and continue to the top of the building.The design enables the building to function as a multi-dimensional gather- ing space with convenient accessibility. A neutral color palette creates a natural back-ground for project.
